A rather colourful bottling here, this Chinato Borgogno is produced from an infusion of 37 different extracts, including roots, leaves, flowers, seeds and fruits, such as vanilla, cardamom and rhubarb. There are also three different types of quinine used, namely Calisaya, Soccimano and Soccirubra. All of the extracts are macerated in alcohol for at least two months. A brilliant digestif paired with dark chocolate.
