Conniption Navy Strength Gin comes to us all the way from Durham, North Carolina, with a combination of distillation methods used to achieve its punchy flavour profile. A selection of botanicals, including juniper, cardamom, caraway, coriander and rosemary are vapour infused in a pot still, while citrus and fig are vacuum distilled at room temperature separately, keeping their delicate sweetness intact. They’re then combined and bottled at a robust 57% ABV, meaning this will definitely stand out in your cocktail and mixed drinks, even with less liquid used! it’s terrific in a Negroni, we’ll have you know.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.

Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
