Corbin Cash Green House Blended Whiskey Tasting Notes

Nose: A mixture of bubblegum, faint nail polish remover, and tobacco.

Palate: A dulled spiciness and ultra light, soft mouthfeel really define this whiskey.Its mildly sweet, and more reminiscent of a bourbon rather than a rye.

Finish: Finish is very rich and smooth.

Distillery Information

The Corbin Cash distillery was started by David Souza, a 4th-generation sweet potato farmer whose distillery is located on his familys 100+-year-old sweet potato farm in Atwater, in Californias Central Valley. Corbin Cash specializes in spirits made from sweet potato, a seriously unusual ingredient.
