A cracking Craigellachie, matured for 12 years in a single bourbon cask – from December 2007 to February 2020. After a dozen years of slumber, the whisky was independently bottled up as part of the Rest & Be Thankful range at cask strength, with an outturn of only 299 bottles.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.

Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.

Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
