This comes to us from the Dartmoor Whisky Distillery, made by master distiller Frank McHardy (previously of Springbank and Bushmills fame), produced in a Cognac still. Interestingly, the casks used for this expression also came from France – it was matured in ex-Bordeaux red wines casks!
