This Cognac LOUIS MEMORY is both a tribute to Louis DEAU who settled in the cognac region during the reign of Louis XIV and the masterpiece of the family Collection. It is a Grande Champagne cognac, whose oldest cognacs were harvested at the beginning of XXth century and the youngest in 1970’s. DEAU LOUIS MEMORY is impressively aromatic, yet subtle and delightful.It is characterized by an exceptionally long after taste that is very intense and complex.Best sipped straight, ideally in a tulip glass with a good cigar.

Deau Louis Memory Cognac Tasting Notes

Nose: Subtle hint of honeybush and peach. Swirling the Cognac in the glass and letting it warm up allows it to develop an intricate variety of rancio aromas, with notes of fig, vanilla, cinnamon and black cardamom.

Palate: First taste reveals smooth hints of vanilla and cinnamon. The maturity of the Hors dAge comes last, with aromas lingering endlessly on the palate.

Finish: Smooth and lingering.
