Delamain Cognac L’Aigle XO features the depiction of the coat of arms that Nicholas Delamain received from King Charles I of England in 1639. L’aigle (the eagle) is crafted from Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie that is aged over 25 years, resulting in an elegant and complex cognac. It is cut to 40% ABV using old cognac instead of water, preserving the delicate richness of the spirit.

Founded in 1759, Delamain is unlike any other cognac producer in France. Having long made the decision to specialize in producing only the finest well-aged expressions, they have forgone both the VS and VSOP grades of cognac and opted to make their XO expression their entry-level offering and backing it with a world-class quality to match. This, in turn, made them a favorite of many discerning cognac drinkers who were quickly enamored by their expressions exquisite taste born out of a passion for the pursuit of nothing else but pure perfection.
