These expressions are crafted with Cognac which would otherwise end up as part of a blend from the big Cognac houses, but Fanny Fougerat uses the the eaux-de-vie to create some astonishing tipples. This particular XO Cognac is made using 100% Ugni Blanc grapes, drawn from 15 Limousine casks.
