Fatty’s Organic Gin wears the love for its hometown of Dulwich on its sleeve, featuring dill as its star botanical – Dulwich historically means ‘the meadow where dill grows’. The producers worked closely with the Soil Association to ensure that the resulting gin would certified organic (a feat which they achieved!).
