An XO Cognac from Franois Voyer, in the Grande Champagne region. To create their expressions, Franois Voyer use Ugni Blanc grapes which are initially aged in Limousine casks after distillation before being aged further in older casks for the desired flavour profile. Plenty of rancio, spice, dried fruit and oak throughout.
