A variation on the Freya Birch Spirit recipe, featuring a smoky twist. It’s made once again with distilled birch tree sap, but this times they’ve given it an infusion of oak, apple and birch smoke. It doesn’t quite reach the smokiness levels of an Islay whisky, but it does add another dimension to the intriguing spirit.
