Gaur Spice Whiskey Tasting Notes

Nose: Very spice-heavy on the nose, Gaur Spice kicks off with aromas of cinnamon and nutmeg and a heavy gingerbread character essentially an amalgam of all the spices that appear in the blend.

Palate: The palate largely follows suit, with baking spices leading the way to notes of whiskey-fueled vanilla and, later on, some notes of apple cake and almond cookies.

Finish: All the spices remain hefty throughout, cinnamon is particularly strong on the finish.
