Gun Fighter Double Cask Rye is a spicy and youthful exclamation point. The mash bill is 60% rye, 34% corn, and 6% malted barley. This Spirit is a combination of a variety of ages. The youngest Rye in the bottle is aged six months, but reports are that the average age in two years. But just like its sister Bourbon all of the Spirits are married and finished in Port casks made of French oak. Its bottled hot at a solid 50% ABV strong enough for the Wild West and a solid contender for your next Manhattan.

Nose: The aroma is starchy and moist with raw dough and juicy fruits.

Palate: The palate leans toward soda crackers, orange marmalade, melon, and cracked peppercorns.

Finish: The finish is bright and warm with baking spices.
