It’s the Ft de Chne MV15 Champagne from the ever-wonderful Henri Giraud, produced with 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay from A Grand Cru vineyards, a portion of which was produced from the 2015 vintage. It was aged in Argonne French oak before being bottled, presented in a rather elegant vessel.

Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
