Hat Trick Botanical Gin is made from a base of all-natural, crushed juniper berries for the signature juniper flavor of gin along with lemon, orange, licorice, angelica, coriander, and cardamon. The barrel rested expression takes advantage of the newer trend in aging gin… in this case, aged in virgin American Oak (meaning it’s never been used prior to aging any sort of spirit) for six months.
