Almost bordering a rum, this whiskey is distilled from 100% pure sorghum syrup sourced from the Guenther family’s Muddy Pond Mill in Tennessee. The whiskey is produced in limited quantities annually, as the sorghum syrup can only be produced once a year, from September through October. It’s bottled at 88 proof.
