Hine Antique XO Cognac Tasting Notes

Nose: Ripe notes of hazelnut, quince and mild spices, appearing amid accents of fig tart and blonde tobacco.

Palate: A full and supple body with mature notes of mimolette or cheddar cheese and roasted pineapple

Finish: A beautiful finish with orange and chocolate notes throughout.

Distillery Information

Hine Cognac is located in the heart of the Grande Champagne cru, right along the banks of the river Charente. The Hine story dates back to 1550 when the Hine family lived in Beaminster, Dorset, on the south coast of England.The family’s great Cognac journey was to begin in the 18th century: Thomas Hine, a linen merchant, and quite a Cognac connoisseur decided to send his son Thomas to France to learn French and the art of Cognac-making.
