Anyway, it’s a brilliant mezcal, made using traditional methods, and offering up wonderfully herbaceous flavour profile.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.

Palate: Liquorice, fennel, pine, a hint of heather, peppercorn, lemongrass.

Finish: Lingering finish.
