Here we have what is said to be the first ros vermouth from Jerez, from the Lustau bodega. Vermut Ros sees a blend of three wines – fino sherry, moscatel and Tintilla de Rota – combining dry, floral and fruity flavour profiles. It sports a lovely pinkish orange colour, and does very well as an aperitif with a wedge of grapefruit on the side.

Nose: Full-bodied aroma.

Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.

Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
