The greater the proportion of gin, the ‘dryer’ your Martini is. The greater the proportion of vermouth, the ‘wetter’ it is. Try 6:1, 5:1, 10:3, even 15:1! It’s your cocktail!Add the gin and vermouth into a mixing glass (or pint glass, or jam jar…) filled with ice and stir for at least 30 seconds. Then strain into your shiny new retro stemmed glass.
