Martini Rosso is an iconic drink that almost needs no introduction. The Italian red vermouth was first created in 1863, with that same recipe having been passed down to each of the brands Master Herbalists who are sworn to secrecy. Its made using over 50 herbs and spices including local wormwood, with the colour owing to natural caramel. It claims to be the worlds first red vermouth, and is an absolute staple for a Negroni.
