Another amazing mezcal here from the Mezcal Vago range, this time made using the Tobal agave varietal. Crafted by mezcalero Emigdio Jarqun Ramirez in El Nanche, Miahuatln, the notoriously touch to cultivate Tobal agave is crushed by a stone tahona and and distilled in a copper refrescador still.
