Mexico – 100% Espadin Agave, cooked in a traditional underground conical oven fueled by wood logs. Double distilled in small copper alambique and aged for 6 month in American oak. Heavy aromas of smoke and iodine. Body is well balanced with citrus and oak. Finish is sweet. Enjoy neat.
