After several trials in order to bring back an old recipe found in the archives of the historic distillery, the Bianco Montanaro, a combination of a fine white wine infused with more than 30 natural herbs and roots, was born. Part of the secret of making their Bianco is to encode the right number of herbs to extract the properties and aromas of each one of them, revealing a harmonious scent that is also soft on the palate and not invasive. The Bianco Montanaro is ideal as an aperitif, to be served chill or with ice, can also be a perfect base of cocktails. Possible pairing with matured cheese.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
