Noble Coyote Espadin is made with cultivated agave Espadin. The cooked agave are milled by hand with mallets, and its double distilled in copper alembic stills. Green aromas dominate, followed by anise and subtle smoky notes. Bright green herbal flavors continue on the palate, into a medium-long finish.
