Anyway, yes, delicious Cachaa produced by an excellent team in southern Brazil, allowed to rest in a combination of Amburana and American oak before being bottled. You’re most likely to see Cachaa aged in American oak, so the use of Amburana (which is Brazilian teak) is something rather special indeed. The label features a team of familiar faces (well, they would be familiar if we could see them…) learning how to Bogo Pogo.Batch 1 is a release of 550 bottles.
