They aged a roasted Sumatran coffee bean in one barrel and a green Sumatran bean in the other barrel. For our No. 3, They refilled the barrel that held roasted coffee beans with their sourced Tennessee sour mash creating a smoky whiskey with notes of bittersweet chocolate and roasted coffee; the after-dinner drink has been redefined.
