Nose: Surprisingly spirituous with children’s medicine-like confected stewed cherry and sweet almond aromas.

Palate: Sweet, slightly syrupy, concentrated cherry, almond, apricot, aniseed and liquorice with citrus acidity.

Finish: Sweet, almond and cherry fading to star anise.
