Oregon Spirit Dry Gin Tasting Notes

Nose: Nose is classic London dry with balanced aromas of Italian juniper berries, lavender, summer roses, ripe tangerines and Meyer citrus blossoms.

Palate: A dominant juniper taste that is pleasantly bitter and piney. Other botanicals that are present are lemon peel, coriander, and a little Oregon pine and sage which give this dry gin a hint of Pacific Northwest flavor.

Finish: A warming finish.
