Nose: Slight PX sherry aroma, with trace notes of chocolate croissant, coffee and cocoa nibs, and roasted nuts.

Palate: Chocolate croissant, coffee on the forefront, with raisin and prune flavors to round it out.

Finish: Smooth and Balanced.

The climate is changing, and the way most grain is grown today is not sustainable.
