Palenqueros is a project created as a range of Mezcal to showcase the producers and distillers of single palenques as the protagonist of production. The world of Mezcal has grown exponentially in a short time and has become more and more chaotic. This range aims to provide a clear path between the agriculture, the production and the liquid by maintaining the focus on the people behind (and on) the bottle.

Palenqueros Valente Garcia Ensamble Mezcal Tasting Note

Nose: The nose has lovely high floral notes, citrus blossoms, cherry blossoms, baked lemon, fresh and cooked agave with dry white smoke and pepper.

Palate: The palate is intensely fruity at first, then dry smoke and cooked agave arrive with white pepper and citrus peel.

Finish: The finish is pleasant with sweet fruit sugars fading into spice and soft smoke.
