Papa’s Pilar Legacy Edition 2021 Rye Finish Dark Rum is a rare, limited edition rum from Papa’s Pilar. The deep, rich color and complex flavor of this spirit make it a perfect choice for sipping neat or mixing into cocktails. The spirit is aged in an oak barrel for an undisclosed amount of time before being finished in a second barrel made from new rye barrels. The finish process of the rye barrels gives the rum a crisp, peppery flavor.
