Plantation Private Cask Jamaica 2009 Long Pond is a rum made in Jamaica and aged in oak barrels for 9 years. It has a deep golden color and a robust aroma of tropical fruits, vanilla and oak. On the palate it is full-bodied with notes of ripe banana, spicy pepper, oak and molasses. The finish is long and sweet, with a hint of smokiness. This rum is an excellent choice for sipping neat or for use in cocktails.

Nose: Delicate and complex, it starts on a fruity profile of dried banana, cooked apple and guava followed by floral notes of honeysuckle and vanilla.
