An aged gin liqueur from Portobello Road, which starts off life as a botanically intense version of its own London dry gin. It’s then blended with Burgundy sloe berries, a French blackcurrant liqueur, an Italian cherry liqueur, and a dash of sugar. The final step is ageing the spirit in whisky barrels before it’s bottled at 28% ABV. A good core of familiar juniper stops the red fruit and sweetness from getting out of hand. You’ll want to try this in a Gin Spritz!
