From Afterthought Spirits comes Twisted Gin! Now, the gin wasn’t named after the bottle (though it’s pretty darn cool), but in fact after the way the folks behind the spirit took 17th century methods, and put a modern twist (geddit?) on them. The star botanicals here are Meadowsweet, fresh lime, orange and tangerine peel and Indian Sarsaparilla, an aromatic root. If you pair this one with tonic, then don’t forget a twist of orange peel to garnish.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
