Rhum Clment Cuve Homere is the magnum opus of the Rhum Clment Distillery. The rum is a blend of the best rums produced over the past fifteen years at the distillery, each of which was matured either in French Limousin barrique casks or re-charred, American oak barrels.

Rhum Clment Cuve Homere Tasting Notes

Nose: Aromas of fresh biscuit, almonds, melted butter and warm spices.

Palate: Notes of hazelnuts, tropical fruits, bananas, chocolate and pepper layer the flavor profile.

Finish: Notes of citrus, oak, honey and cinnamon. and a viscous finish.
