One of the many agave spirits from the Sin Gusano range, but this one is a little different. Produced by Maestro Antonio Jimanez in Santiago Matatln, this is a pechuaga made with Espadn agave. During its third distillation, a chicken breast is hung up in the still’s copper condensing chamber, and fruits are added to the still too, imparting richness and a splash of zestiness into the mix.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.

Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
