A fabulously herbaceous sipper from the folks at Sin Gusano, made with Tobal agave grown in the region of San Luis Amatln, southern Oaxaca. Master mezcalero Nicholas Garcia Gutierrez grows Tobal at the family’s agave nursery, but sadly, due to the variety’s popularity, a shortage is on the horizon in the region. Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.

Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.

Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
