The Sons of Liberty, along with many loyal volunteers recruited from Facebook cut, cored, roasted and pressed the load of pumpkins in pursuit of hundreds of gallons of fresh pumpkin juice to be blended with an American Single Malt Whiskey.

Sons of Liberty Seasonal Release Pumpkin Spice Flavored Whiskey Tasting Notes

Nose: The nose bursts open with pumpkin-puree and a pumpkin-bread loaded with baking spicescloves, cinnamon, nutmeg.

Palate: Palate opens softer and drier, and is very cinnamon forward, reminiscent of citrus-tinged mulled wine.

Finish: A short, smooth finish offers more of the same, for a very consistent, pumpkin and baking spice profile from start to end.
