Made by a delightful team of distillers (and their dog, Dr. Darwin, Ph.D.), this tipple features a selection of 10 carefully chosen botanicals, including juniper, cassia, angelica, coriander, lemon, orange, liquorice root, cubeb, Grains of Paradise and locally harvested Laminaria Longicruris. That last one might be unfamiliar to you, so here’s the low-down – it’s a species of kelp!
