They had the wild idea of combining fruity Pinot Noir ros from Baden with rye whiskey produced just south of Berlin, using rye grown in Brandenburg. The result is a gloriously fruity tipple with a gentle touch of oak and rye spice, ideal mixed with soda or tonic, and served with plenty of ice.
