Imported Guyanese rum is infused with botanicals such as clove-studded orange, hawthorn berries, Sichuan pepper, and tonka bean before distilling for a second time, creating a botanical spiced rum. Versatile for all manner of mixers, we’re opting for ginger ale, garnished with plenty of lime.
