From the wonderful Wrecking Coast Distillery in Cornwall, it’s the 2021 expression of Honey Sloe Gin. To begin the process, a bold, juniper rich gin is infused with sloes and a subtle mix of citrus and spice, then allowed to slowly steep for no less than three months. A month before bottling, the Wrecking Coast team begin to gradually add sweetness to enhance the rich depth of the berries which is clever and logical, its always good to taste as you go when preparing food and drink, to get a perfect balance! Finally, wildflower honey from local Cornish hives is added, wrapping this all up beautifully. A comforting winter warmer sipped neat, and fantastic for mixing up some refreshing summer sippers too!

Nose: Full-bodied aroma.

Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.

Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
