It has a sweet taste and is lighter in color and flavor than Blackstrap Molasses. They simply mix the molasses with local Florida limestone spring water and ferment. After fermentation, they distill it twice through their copper pot still and thumper. This gives a bold yet very smooth rum perfect for mixing in your favorite rum cocktails.

The Timber Creek Distillery is located on a family farm just north of Destin, Florida. Our vision is to take the best local fruits and grains from the Florida Panhandle and turn them into the finest Craft Spirits.

Timber Creek Distilling was formed by Camden Ford and Aaron Barnes, neighbors and friends here in Destin, Florida. Cam and Aaron share the same vision, to take advantage of the best local fruits and grains here in Northwest Florida to make some great local spirits.
