The name is a reference to a Robert Burns poem, but that’s just a name this ain’t a timorous whisky at all! A release of 297 bottles, with a fancy box to house the bottle, too.

Timorous Beastie 20 Year Old Scotch Whisky | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Brown sugar, toasted oak, richly malty, with a touch of black tea in the background.

Palate: Warming spices build on the palate, with cinnamon and anise in the mix, plus a fair whack of vanilla tablet.

Finish: Clean oak on the finish, with a fleeting hint of milky coffee.
