The whisky itself was distilled in May 2005, and initially matured in American oak before enjoying a finishing period in a Marsala wine cask. In 2021, it was bottled at 51.5% ABV, with a small outturn of only 342 bottles.

Nose: Orange, honeycomb, a touch of Turkish delight floral sweetness.

Palate: Peaches and cream, stewed berries, Cadbury’s Fruit & Nut.

Finish: Just a whisper of cinnamon spiciness lingers on the finish.
