This expression takes the mango as its key inspiration, pairing it with the fragrant hibiscus flower and juniper to create a deliciously smooth gin bursting with exotic flavours. Complementary botanicals include vanilla, grains of paradise, angelica, orris root, makrut lime leaf, and ginger. Serve with tonic and a slice of mango or lime.
