Cornish honey oak gin produced by the Trevethan Distillery. This lip-smacking gin is made using a steeping process rather than barrel-ageing oak blocks sourced from the green centre of the tree soak in Cornish honey before they are infused in the distillerys core Trevethan Cornish Gin for a period of six to eight weeks. The result is light, sweet, oaky spirit that lets the juniper sing. Each bottle of this small-batch beauty is hand-signed.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.

Palate: Smooth and soft, immediate honey oak sweetness is complemented by earthy juniper, fresh citrus and a herbal, floral kick.
