A wonderfully zesty liqueur from Uncommon Drinks, combining the herbaceousness of gin with the vibrancy of white wine. Hence the very descriptive name – White Wine Gin Liqueur. Sort of speaks for itself really. I could almost start writing about something completely different like sports or TV and you’d still understand what this drink is all about. I won’t, obviously. But I could. Anyway, it’s packed with bright, fruity notes balanced with drying juniper plus hints of coriander and angelica. Great for serving long with tonic or soda water over plenty of ice.
