Long Shot White Whiskey is an un-aged, clear whiskey (or legal “moonshine” if you like) made from a blend of corn and wheat grains. They take that grain mixture to give it a sweet and soft flavor much more similar to Maker’s Mark and other “wheated” bourbons than spicier rye mixtures. Without the aging, it has the “unadorned” grain flavor of whiskey.

A small batch, artisanal whiskey made from a sour mash recipe of corn and wheat, that is a little loud and a lot of bold. Twice distilled in our copper pot still and barreled at a proof of 110, this whiskey is aged 120 minutes in used Missouri oak. Unadorned, unbridled and a little unruly, this whiskey breaks free from the pack for nights when you want to play by your own rules.

Nose: Floral and dried fruit notes.

Palate: Hints of sweet grain and lemon zest.

Finish: Clean finish.
